Program Location: Parking Lot 6

When
June 17, 2026. 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
The Appalachian Mountains are home to many unique salamander species. Get ready to get your feet wet as we search for a few in and around our creeks! Salamanders help us monitor the health of our water and are important indicators of a thriving ecosystem. Please remember to observe salamanders where you find them and leave them undisturbed, as moving them can harm both the animals and their habitat.
