Firefly Hike - Nights in Nature Series

June is when fireflies are most active! Did you know fireflies twinkle to find their true love? We'll discuss firefly mating habits and their unique life cycle on this guided, 2-mile hike. We'll be hiking the Bluebell Trail. The Bluebell Trail is a natural surface hiking trail with exposed roots and rocks. The trail is relatively flat and is rated easy. Participants will also have the option to hike 0.5 miles on the River Trail, which is a flat, easy hike that follows the edge of an open meadow.
All ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
