Where

Program Location: main parking lot, near pollinator garden.
Main Park Address: Sweet Run State Park, 11661 Harpers Ferry Road, Hillsboro, VA 20132.

When

June 7, 2026. 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Experience a restorative experience where forest and water meet hosted by Imagine Well Being. This is an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with the natural world. Watch for turtles in the pond as we wander to where Piney Run Creek winds gently through the forest.

You will be guided through simple sensory invitations designed to awaken sight, sound, touch, and breath - allowing the presence of water to naturally restore your system. As we linger by the stream, you may notice a softening, a slowing, or a deepening of awareness. There will be space to wander, pause, and experience the forest and stream in your own way.

Bring a small towel if you’d like to dip your hands or feet into the water. To close our journey, we will gather along the banks for a wild-foraged forest tea. Your registration will cover your parking fee. Meet by 1:50 at the red gate near the pollinator garden. Registration Link
