How well do you know our native Virginia snakes? Should we think of them as "danger noodles" or cold-blooded pals? You’ll be surprised to discover what really makes a snake tick. Ty Smith has been studying reptiles and amphibians since he was 7 years old, and frequently travels across the state to seek out snakes and all other wildlife Virginia has to offer. He is a Virginia Master Naturalist, former State Park Naturalist, and a member of the Virginia Herpetological Society (VHS). Come along on a journey to learn about the plight of our wild friends and how we can help them thrive.
