Participants will learn everything they need to feel comfortable fishing for the first time: practice casting and "catching" plastic fish, tie fishing knots, familiarize yourself with different kinds of tackle, common fish of Lake Anna, and find out how responsible fishing supports environmental conservation.
This program takes place in the grassy field in front of the Visitor Center.
All ages and experience levels are welcome. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No pre-registration needed. FREE.
