Meet a ranger for a leisurely paced hour walk from the Galax access towards Cliffview. Participants will have the opportunity to identify unique flora and fauna as well as learn about our unique park history. The hike will cover about 2 miles round trip. Be sure to wear closed toed shoes and bring water to drink. Leashed pets are welcome.
Meeting place: Galax parking lot.
The trail surface is crushed stone and a gentle grade.
