Are you age 60+ with an interest in spending time in nature? Join peers at Caledon to get active, learn about the local environment, and sharpen your sense of wonder! Learn about plants, animals, conservation, history, stewardship, and much more! This six-part series includes nature identification, exercise, fellowship, expert-led talks, crafts, wagon rides, and hikes. Senior Rangers programs are led by a variety of instructors including rangers, master naturalists, and other experts from the Department of Natural Resources.

Senior Rangers plan to meet on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. in September and October. Come once or twice, or attend the whole series! Fall 2026 sessions include:

9/16: Birds of Caledon, 9/23: Let's Go Hiking, 9/30: Nature Journaling, 10/7: Sea Glass Class, 10/14: Let's Go Orienteering, 10/21: Let's Go on an Archery Adventure

Call 540-663-3861 to register. On the day of the program, dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. Parking fee is $5.
