Trade neighborhood sidewalks for sandy trails this Halloween during a special night hike at False Cape State Park! Explore the park after sunset as we make our way through the maritime forest to the beach, learning about the amazing animals that thrive at night and the natural mysteries of the dark. Along the way, we'll listen for creatures of the night and, if skies are clear, enjoy some stargazing. Expect to walk 2 miles round trip, partly over soft sand. Dress for the weather and bring insect spray as needed. Flashlights will be provided during the program. Cost is $10 per person. Reservations are required.
