Cultivate focus, grounding, and perspective with nature as your guide. Join the Traveling Yogi at Caledon State Park for an open-air, nature-inspired yoga event. Perched at flight level, we will practice poses while overlooking the Potomac River. With our footing safely grounded in the shade of majestic trees, we hope to encounter the Bald Eagle in its prime habitat. The meditative backdrop of changing light and colors can only enhance the stunning view.

Meet at the Visitor Center to check in for the program. Bring a mat and blanket. We'll take a 2 mile wagon ride through the park to the event location above the cliff. Upon return, we may hope to see or hear a barred owl or other crepuscular creatures.

$20/person. Registration is required for this event. Call 540-663-3861 or stop by the Visitor Center to reserve your spot. Parking fee is $5.
