Meet craftspeople and demonstrators as they share homestead skills and trades, from woodworking and fiber arts to food preservation, natural crafts, historic tools, and other skills once essential to everyday farm life. Enjoy a scenic hay ride through the park, explore the historic landscape, and discover the ingenuity and hard work required to live from the land.

Come spend the day experiencing the sights, sounds, skills, and stories of Sweet Run’s homesteading heritage and see how traditions of the past continue to connect us with the land today.
