Join Jessyca Eve of With Grace and Joy Wellness Center for a beautiful evening of Sunset Yoga & Sound Healing at Cullers Scenic Overlook in Shenandoah River State Park.

We’ll begin with a slow, gentle yoga flow designed for everybody and every level of experience. Move with the rhythm of your breath, settle into the beauty of the surrounding landscape, and feel yourself becoming more grounded with each movement. As the sun begins to dip behind the western ridges, we’ll transition from movement into stillness. Settle beneath the open sky, get cozy, and allow yourself to be immersed in the soothing vibrations of sound healing—a peaceful sanctuary of sound, breath, and nature. Come as you are. No previous yoga or sound-healing experience is needed.

What to Bring: Please arrive about 15 minutes early so you have time to settle into your space. Bring a yoga mat if possible, a cozy blanket or towel for the sound healing portion, comfortable layers for the cooler evening air, and a full water bottle.

Advance registration is welcome and encouraged to help preserve the peaceful, intimate atmosphere of the overlook.
