Join our park rangers for a guided walk through Big Stone Gap’s historic Glencoe Cemetery. Along the way, participants will uncover stories of some of the town’s most memorable figures. You’ll learn about people who came to Southwest Virginia seeking new opportunities—business leaders, teachers, musicians, craftspeople, and many others who helped shape the close-knit community we know today.

Please wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for moderate standing and walking. The tour will begin at the cemetery parking area near the information kiosk. Registration is not required.
