In this fun, hands-on program, children will explore how birds survive the cold winter months. We’ll talk about what kinds of birds stay through the winter, how they find food, and the special adaptations that help them stay warm. After learning about our feathered friends, kids will get to build their very own bird feeder to take home. This simple craft not only encourages creativity but also helps support local wildlife all winter long. Come ready to learn, create, and help the birds in your backyard!
