Pocahontas Premieres


Pocahontas Premieres is a music series with something for everyone. From symphony to classic rock and current country, the series brings big-arena experiences to Virginia’s most visited state park. All shows are held under the starts at the Heritage Amphitheater.

This year sees the return of some past favorites, as well as some new bands playing for their first time at our venue. From May through October, there will be a variety of genres and great sounds to enjoy all season long. Come out and enjoy the symphony, country, bluegrass, classic rock and the beachy sounds of Jimmy Buffett and the Beach Boys. We look forward to seeing you at all our great shows this year.

In addition to individual show tickets, this year we are pleased to announce a season ticket to all the shows. This option is available ONLINE ONLY and allows our frequent concert goers the ability to save up to $80. Your season ticket will get you entry into all concerts for the 2026 season, as well as FREE parking for each of those concerts. The Beach Bumz are a Baltimore Maryland, Orlando Florida based Beach Tribute Band. Performing all your favorite beach music from Jimmy Buffett, the Beach Boys and many more of your favorite summer music classics.

If you love the music of the Jimmy Buffett Band, then don't miss the next "Cheeseburger in Paradise" show. Performed by the best Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band playing today, the Beach Bumz Band. One show listening to the Beach Bumz play the wonderful music of Jimmy Buffett, will surely remind you of sunny days, beaches, sunsets and allow you to slip away to Margaritaville. More info HERE.

Oct. 17, 2026. 6:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

ZOSO The Ultimate Led Zeppelin Experience returns once again to rock the Heritage Amphitheater. Celebrating 31 years of touring in 2026, Zoso has become one of the most iconic and respected Led Zeppelin tribute experiences in the world, having played over 4,900 shows in all 50 states and internationally. Known for their unparalleled dedication to faithfully recreating the legendary band’s live performances, Zoso has earned accolades from both critics and fans alike.

Zoso’s live performances focus on the raw energy and intricate musicality of Led Zeppelin’s best-known hits and deeper tracks, with a particular emphasis on recreating their live show experience. The band’s commitment to authenticity has earned them praise from major outlets, with the LA Times calling them “head and shoulders above all other Led Zeppelin tributes,” and the St. Petersburg Times describing them as “the most exacting of all the Led Zeppelin tributes.” More info HERE.

Returning to open for ZOSO is local favorite, Hold The Line RVA, a Richmond-based high-energy Southern Rock, Country, Alternative, and Dance music cover band. More info HERE.

Venue Info and Rules

In order to provide the safest and best visitor experience, we require each participant to observe the following rules:

  1. Tickets are available in advance online or by visiting the park office. There will be a box office onsite when the gates open for the event. All guests, including youth, must have a ticket to gain admission to the concert. Children 5 and under are free.

  2. Concertgoers are invited to sit in lawn chairs or on picnic blankets. Limited bench seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests needing ADA seating should contact michael.biby@dcr.virginia.gov after purchasing tickets to arrange for seating.

  3. Food trucks may be onsite for select events; please contact the park for availability. Food can be brought from home. Please dispose of trash only in proper receptacles or bring all trash back home. Please do not litter!

  4. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from the concession stand operated by Friends of Pocahontas. To purchase alcoholic beverages, guests must be 21 years or older and have a valid photo ID. Purchases can be made via cash or credit.

  5. There will be a designated pet-friendly section. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet.

  6. All bags are permitted but are subject to search.

  7. Absolutely no outside alcohol, canopies, illegal substances, illicit goods, fireworks or laser pointers will be permitted at the event and violators will be held accountable and prosecuted by state and federal law.

  8. No refund requests or ticket transfers will be granted; all sales final. Parking fees are required at all times. This event is rain or shine. Events canceled due to weather may implement an alternate rain date.


Directions: The park is in Chesterfield County. From I-95, take Exit 61 and go west on Route 10 to Route 655 which is Beach Road; or take Exit 67, go north on Route 150 to Route 10; go east to Beach Road. The park is four miles on right; or take Route 288 from I-95 to Route 10 East and go one mile to Beach Road. Follow park signs from there. Google Map
